Slagrotormolen SR 300 Principe
Malen en desagglomereren wordt in de SR 300 bereikt door impact- en scheereffect. Het toegevoerde materiaal komt via de trechter op de deur in het midden van de maalkamer, waar het gebroken wordt tussen de rotor, de zeef en de maalinzet. Zodra het materiaal fijner is dan de opening van de zeef, komt het in het opvangrecipiënt terecht. De snel sluitbare deur verzekert een makkelijke toegang tot de maalkamer om vlot te reinigen. Door middel van de motorrem (remtijd 0.5 s), veiligheidsschakelaar, terugspatveiligheid en beveiliging tegen toegang langs onderen, biedt de SR 200 de hoogste graad van gebruiksveiligheid.
